Recently in Firsts Category

I was on my rug today playing with my toys. Daddy went in the kitchen so I started saying "dadadadadada." Daddy came back smiling. I love my paci.

I learned to rock myself in my chair today. I was super neat. If I lean forward really far and lean back I can start moving. Daddy made a movie and Mommy is going to help me post it.

I was doing ok this morning but then I had my early afternoon feeding, Mommy gave me formula instead of my usual expressed milk. I had a nice bath and then Mommy put vasaline all over me to help my dry skin.

Afterwards I was really sleepy so I went to take a nap. I was half asleep when I got sick and I guess I rolled over into it. Mommy came in and picked me up but as soon as she did, I threw up all over my bed. It was scary and I got upset. I kept throwing up.

I couldn't keep anything down for a while. Then I had a poopy diaper which made me feel a little better. I had a couple of smaller poopies. But then after dinner I had the biggest one ever. Mommy said it smelled like dead fish. When Daddy came home he said it smelled like rotten eggs. He sprayed stuff all over that smelled like flowers.

Mommy said that maybe I was backed up and couldn't keep anything down anymore so there was nowhere for it to go. I don't know, but I didn't like it. I only felt better when Mommy or Daddy held me.
